Natalee Eason
Neurodivergent Filmmaker | International Nomad | Lived-Experience Guide Founder of Vegan Soul Tribe
Natalee Eason is a queer, Black neurodivergent filmmaker, photographer, dog trainer, and long-term international nomad who has been living and traveling abroad while navigating undiagnosed autism, burnout, and systemic barriers in real time. Her work sits at the intersection of creativity, survival, and self-regulation — shaped not by theory or institutional support, but by lived experience across borders. Natalee is the creator of the M.A.M.M.A.L.™ Framework, a self-regulation and personal development model designed to help neurodivergent adults navigate major life transitions through Mindfulness, Action, Movement, Meaning, Advocacy, and Love-as-Leadership. The framework grounds her work in nervous-system awareness, embodiment, and sustainable decision-making rather than hustle or pressure. She is also the creator of the NeuroDivergent 60-Card Deck Course (a 12-week, community-based learning experience), the 7-Day NeuroDivergent Self-Love Course, and the documentary docuseries UNMASKED — all of which explore what happens when neurodivergent people are forced to build their lives without diagnosis, protection, or visibility. A five-year vegan and sustainability advocate, Natalee has lived exclusively abroad while self-training her service dog and documenting the realities of housing insecurity, visa navigation, financial instability, and emotional regulation — experiences often left out of mainstream travel and wellness narratives. These sessions are not coaching fluff or aspirational storytelling. They are grounded conversations led by someone actively living the questions many neurodivergent adults are carrying — especially those considering leaving familiar systems to survive and heal elsewhere.
