This course blends gentle daily rituals with the M.A.M.M.A.L. Framework, a personal development & self-regulation model founded by Natalee, comprised of — six core practices rooted in Movement, Ancestry, Mindfulness, Masking Awareness, Advocacy, and Love. Each day pairs a 1–3-minute video with a Women’s Wellness Workbook page, discussions and a Mindfulness Meditation Guide for grounding. You’ll learn to regulate, reflect, and reconnect — without shame or burnout.

Meet the Creator - Natalee Eason

I’m Natalee Eason — Autistic, queer, vegan filmmaker, dog trainer, photographer, storyteller and founder of Vegan Soul Tribe, a global ecosystem built for BIPOC neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ women learning to live, lead, and love through regulation and rhythm. Before I had words for autism or neurodivergence, I was building systems to survive — routines, rituals, and creative practices that helped me stay grounded. Those personal survival tools became the foundation of the M.A.M.M.A.L. Framework, a personal-development and self-regulation model I created to help us reconnect to ourselves without masking or burnout. The framework moves in two layers: 🌸 The Outer Practices — Movement, Ancestry, Mindfulness, Masking Awareness, Advocacy, and Love — the energies that guide how we live and show up. 🌿 The Inner Pillars — Structure, Rhythm, Growth, Expression, Connection, Core Self, and Identity/Clarity — the practical anchors we use to stay regulated and real in daily life. This course lives inside that ecosystem. Each 7-day lesson brings one or more of those pillars to life — giving you gentle steps toward self-trust and nervous-system safety. These aren’t theories; they’re tools I use every day to navigate life as a late-identified autistic Black woman, creative, and leader. I built this because we deserve self-love that works with our wiring — not against it. And I’m honored to guide you through it!
