1️ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vegan Soul Tribe™ website, online portals, course platforms, retreat registration systems, or any other service used by us to deliver our content (collectively, the “Vegan Soul Tribe Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website, Thinkific school, SquadTrip retreat portal, email communications, or any other platform connected to Vegan Soul Tribe™.
2️ Brand and Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, and original materials under the Vegan Soul Tribe™ brand — including but not limited to videos, courses, written materials, visual designs, brand assets, graphics, photographs, frameworks, audio files, retreats, and the M.A.M.M.A.L.™ methodology — are the sole intellectual property of Natalee Eason and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal learning and self-development.
Any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or creation of derivative works based on Vegan Soul Tribe™ materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Violations
If unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of our content is discovered, Vegan Soul Tribe™ reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate access to all courses, retreats, communities, and digital platforms;
Revoke any granted licenses or access privileges;
Issue a formal cease-and-desist notice; and
Pursue civil legal action seeking financial damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorney fees to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We take protection of our creative work seriously. Respecting these boundaries sustains an ecosystem built on ethical artistry, representation, and accessibility.
3️ Course Access and Digital Products
When you purchase or download any product, course, or digital resource from Vegan Soul Tribe™, you receive a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Access durations and product updates may change, but Founders Circle members retain lifetime access to materials included in their original purchase.
Refunds are only provided where legally required or expressly stated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time to improve quality, clarity, and alignment with brand integrity.
4️ Retreats, Programs, and Live Experiences
Vegan Soul Tribe™ retreats and live experiences are operated through trusted third-party platforms such as SquadTrip.
All participants must agree to the respective retreat policies, payment terms, and safety guidelines before attending.
We reserve the right to modify dates, accommodations, or itineraries if necessary to protect participant safety or project integrity.
5️ Community Standards
Vegan Soul Tribe™ exists to elevate underrepresented, neurodivergent, queer, and BIPOC voices.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality in private spaces, and honor the lived experiences of others.
Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate removal from all platforms without refund or reinstatement.
6️ Testimonials and Shared Content
By sharing reviews, testimonials, or feedback through public comments, private groups, or email, you grant Vegan Soul Tribe™ a non-exclusive right to use anonymized excerpts for educational or promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
7️ Limitation of Liability
All Vegan Soul Tribe™ offerings — including courses, retreats, and educational materials — are for informational and personal development purposes only.
They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Vegan Soul Tribe™, Natalee Eason, and associated contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of our materials.
8️ Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Thinkific Payments.
We do not store payment details on our servers.
Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension of access to your course or digital product.
9️ Termination of Access
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our community, brand reputation, or other participants.
Termination under this clause will not entitle you to refunds.
10 Modification of Terms
Vegan Soul Tribe™ reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will include a new effective date. Continued use of our platforms after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America (State of [Insert Your Home State]), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
